MINExpo 2021 Experience
MINExpo International is the world’s premier mining event, held every four years in Las Vegas. As a key member of the team responsible for execution of the Caterpillar Inc. MINExpo exhibit, we were tasked with positioning Caterpillar as the industry leader they are — showcasing the biggest machines on the industry’s largest stage and creating unique, high-quality experiences for its customers. It takes several years of strategy and planning to execute a show of this scale — from the physical size of the machines to the number of people involved to the layers of messaging it takes to communicate the breadth of all Caterpillar has to offer.

Our services included creative design and booth production, development and execution of interactive engagement activities, messaging and signage, video development, stage production, communications and more.
We collaborated with multiple Caterpillar organizations, including leadership, marketing, public affairs, trade press, product managers, technology teams, subject matter experts, Cat dealers and many more — capturing what was important to each individual entity and ensuring it was represented on the exhibit in a way that would resonate with the mining industry.
