Converse Marketing was recognized at the 2012 Peoria Ad Club Addy Awards for projects such as Peoria Riverfront Museum Identity and Sales Kit, the writing and design for launching the Caterpillar Global Mining story, as well as the entire integrated "Wherever there's mining"; campaign, which included global advertising — print, digital, billboards — sales kits, facility graphics, and web content. Converse also received a gold award for work on the Caterpillar "Touchpoint" MINExpo trade show installation, which includes multi-touch programming and augmented reality displays.
