As a relatively new division, Caterpillar's Global Mining organization was struggling to unite its widespread team. Employees knew little about what their colleagues were doing, and the organization lacked alignment. We helped them get to know one another with a company "yearbook," which featured customer success stories and employee comments and photographs from around the world.
